Post Box
 Post boxes are
situated at all post offices of Oman.
Any Individual or Companies can rent a post box from Oman
Post Offices.
Application
procedures:
Individual:
-
Application form should be filled up.

For Oman
nationalities, photo copy of his/her Identification Card
is required.

For other
nationalities, photo copy of his/her Labour Card is
required.
Companies:
1. Application form should be filled
and submitted with stamp of the company.
2.
Photo copy of company's details available in 'Chamber
of Commerce' is required.
3.
Photo copy of Company's registration number (CR no)
is required.
Rent Details:
Post Boxes can
be rented on any month of a year and is valid till 31st
December of that year. It has to be renewed on January 1st
of every year. A lock with 3 keys will be given to the owner
of Post Box.

Company:

Big size Boxes:
Rent amount:

Rents can be
paid for more than 1 year.
A fine of R.O
3.00 will be imposed in case of delay of payment of fees for
the month of January.
The Ministry has
the right to cancel the subscription from 1st of
March if payment is not made by the end of February.
Service
Features:
As post box
facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
subscribers can check mail at their convenience.
Subscribers can
rent a post box in the area of their choice (close to their
home or office for example).
Post boxes are
available in all post offices countrywide.
Post Box Holders or other customers can distribute
advertisements to other post boxes. R.O 0.010 is charged for
each copy of advertisements.
